About us
A second home since 2012
Little Banyan started with one classroom, twelve children and a big shady tree. Fourteen years later, the tree is still here, and so is the feeling.

Our story
Our founder, a kindergarten teacher and mum of three, couldn’t find a school that combined a strong start in reading and numbers with enough time to simply be a child. So she started one.
Today we are a team of 22 teachers and carers looking after 140 children. We still keep classes small, still cook every meal on site, and still spend part of every day in the garden.
We are registered with the Ministry of Education (KPM) and follow the national preschool curriculum (KSPK), taught through play, projects and lots of conversation.

What we believe

Ready for Year 1
